1. we will only have two keynote speakers: wendy chun and geoff cox
2. we plan to expand day 1 respondents to: wendy, geoff, christian, soren and morten ris
3. we still want to have the practice element for day 2, but instead of a proper/final ‘exhibition’, it would be a work-in-progress thing. (not a mandatory thing for everyone to join – we have the intention to have this practice element in ver 0.2 and ver 0.3)
4. we will keep the day 2 afternoon session as two workshop/work-in-progress: software execution with death + software execution + material culture
5. We also need to think about if we want to have ‘registration’ for the 2 workshops that we are going to organize; the good thing is that we have a closer group who are interested in the topic and possibly can go more in depth dialogues.
6. Venue: Kunsthal aarhus is still in our consideration list, but due to Joasis situation, it won’t be able to confirm until sep. We will book the backup venue at AU (Thanks Thomas for this) but at the same time continue to work out the venue at Kunsthal
7. Carlsberg funding for participants accommodation and travel: Thomas is sending out application and will keep us update on this. (seems stand a good chance)
